Responsibilities
- Own the ServiceNow platform including ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, CMDB, and third-party integrations
- Define platform strategy, architecture standards, and governance frameworks
- Translate business requirements into scalable, secure, and maintainable technical solutions
- Assess existing systems and recommend upgrades, migrations, or modernization strategies
- Govern execution across internal teams and vendors, including SOW management
- Develop workflows, integrations, and data models for the system
- Ensure global consistency across regions and business units
- Drive automation and platform adoption
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or a related field
- 5+ years of experience in ServiceNow management
- 3-5 years of experience in platform operations and managing vendor delivery
- Experience with JavaScript, Flow Designer, Business Rules, CMDB design, CSDM, and integrations
