ServiceNow Process Analyst

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and refine requirements
• Ensure adherence to best practices and governance standards
• Perform quality assurance and validation of platform changes
• Support continuous improvement and innovation initiatives
• Develop and maintain technical documentation
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams for project success

Requirements

• 3-5 years of hands-on ServiceNow experience
• Experience in large-scale enterprise implementations
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
• ITIL V3/V4 certification
• Scrum Master or SAFe (Scaled Agile Framework) certification
• Strong understanding of ServiceNow architecture, workflows, integrations, and data migration

Preferred Qualifications

• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator
