Responsibilities
- Develop and customize ServiceNow Service Portals to meet business requirements
- Implement Service Portal widgets and ensure seamless user experiences
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver scalable solutions
- Perform integrations with third-party systems using ServiceNow Integration Hub or APIs
- Write and debug scripts using JavaScript, GlideScript, or similar technologies
- Ensure compliance with best practices in ServiceNow development and documentation
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Service Portals and associated workflows
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in ServiceNow development
- Strong focus on Service Portal development
- Experience developing and customizing widgets using AngularJS and JavaScript
- Proficiency in JavaScript and GlideScript
- Experience with API-based integrations and data exchange
- Familiarity with ITSM processes (Incident, Change, Problem, Knowledge)
- Strong problem-solving and debugging skills
