About the role
Responsibilities
- Support end-to-end configuration, CMDB governance, and environment management across Nuvolo and ServiceNow
- Maintain configuration plans, change processes, technical integrations, and documentation
- Manage Change Requests and maintain CI data across Jira, Confluence, GitHub, and ServiceNow CMDB
- Support Agile/DevOps workflows, release management, and integration traceability
- Provide subject matter expertise in technical reviews and customer-facing sessions
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of IT experience
- At least 2 years in Integration Management (traceability, change control, audits, documentation, ITSM)
- Strong familiarity with ServiceNow integration concepts and lifecycle management
- Experience with Nuvolo modules or comparable enterprise asset/workplace management platforms
- US Citizenship
- 3+ years of continuous U.S. residency
