ServiceNow HRSD Developer

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, configure, and maintain ServiceNow HRSD solutions, including Lifecycle Events, HR Case Management, and the Employee Service Center.
• Customize and extend the platform using Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Policies, Flow Designer, and Workflow.
• Collaborate with HR stakeholders to translate business requirements into robust technical designs.
• Integrate HRSD with other ServiceNow modules (ITSM, CSM) and external systems like SAP SuccessFactors using REST/SOAP APIs.
• Ensure all solutions adhere to ServiceNow best practices, security standards, and data privacy requirements.
• Support testing, deployment, release management, and ongoing platform troubleshooting.

Requirements

• 5+ years of hands-on ServiceNow development experience.
• Proven experience specifically with ServiceNow HR Service Delivery (HRSD).
• Proficiency in JavaScript (both server-side and client-side).
• Strong knowledge of ServiceNow scripting, configuration, Flow Designer, and Workflow.
• Experience with REST/SOAP API integrations.
• Experience working within Agile/Scrum environments.
• Strong communication skills to interact with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications

• ServiceNow certifications such as CSA, HRSD Implementation Specialist, or CAD.
• Experience with Virtual Agent, Service Portal, or Employee Experience (EX) tools.
• Knowledge of document generation and signature integrations.
• Familiarity with reporting, analytics, and Now Assist.
• Exposure to global HR processes and data privacy regulations like GDPR.
