ServiceNow Developer

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, configure, and maintain solutions on the ServiceNow platform, specifically for the Employee Center.
• Build and enhance capabilities across modules including WSD, HAM, HRSD, ITSM, and SAM.
• Develop workflows, business rules, client scripts, UI components, catalog items, and custom applications.
• Design and maintain integrations using REST, SOAP, and related web technologies.
• Collaborate with product owners and business stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions.
• Support backlog refinement, prioritization, solution design, and release planning within an Agile framework.
• Perform testing, troubleshooting, deployment support, and performance optimization.
• Ensure all solutions align with ITIL principles, governance standards, and security expectations.

Requirements

• 4–6 years of overall professional experience.
• At least 3 years of hands-on ServiceNow development experience in a complex enterprise environment.
• Strong ServiceNow platform development and configuration expertise.
• Proficiency in JavaScript and ServiceNow scripting.
• Experience with REST and SOAP integrations.
• Solid understanding of HTML, CSS, XML, AJAX, and modern web technologies.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Experience working in Agile teams.

Preferred Qualifications

• Exposure to HR platforms such as Workday or other enterprise employee systems.
• Interest in broader product ownership beyond core development tasks.
