ServiceNow Developer

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain ServiceNow applications, modules, and integrations across ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, or custom scoped applications.
• Implement AI-enabled features including Predictive Intelligence, Virtual Agent, Flow Designer, and automation solutions.
• Customize the platform using business rules, client scripts, UI policies, script includes, and workflows following best practices.
• Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver effective technical solutions.
• Develop and support integrations using REST, SOAP, MID Server, and third-party systems.
• Perform unit testing, troubleshooting, and performance optimization to ensure scalable solutions.
• Participate in code reviews, platform upgrades, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience as a ServiceNow Developer supporting enterprise-level implementations.
• Strong hands-on experience with JavaScript, Glide APIs, business rules, client scripts, UI policies, and script includes.
• Proven experience implementing ServiceNow AI and automation capabilities such as Predictive Intelligence, Virtual Agent, or Flow Designer.
• Solid understanding of ServiceNow data models, security, ACLs, and application scoping.
• Experience developing integrations using REST, SOAP, JSON, and MID Server.
• Familiarity with Agile or Scrum development methodologies.

Preferred Qualifications

• ServiceNow certifications such as CSA, CAD, or CIS.
