ServiceNow Developer

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and customize ServiceNow applications to meet business needs
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand and document technical requirements
• Perform integrations with external systems using REST, SOAP, and other mechanisms
• Conduct thorough testing, debugging, and performance optimization of ServiceNow modules
• Provide technical support and troubleshooting to end-users
• Maintain clear documentation for all development activities
• Stay updated on ServiceNow enhancements and industry best practices

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or equivalent experience
• At least 3 years of relevant ServiceNow development experience
• Expertise in core modules including Incident, Change, Problem, and Service Catalog
• Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and XML
• Experience with REST and SOAP APIs
• Ability to join immediately and work in a fast-paced environment
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail

Preferred Qualifications

• ServiceNow Certified Developer or related certifications
• Knowledge of ITIL framework and Agile methodologies
• Experience with version control tools like Git
