ServiceNow Developer - HRSD

Responsibilities

• Responsible for application sustainment support and development of future capabilities and integrations
• Work in an Agile manner both independently and as part of a team
• Develop applications including configuration, report dashboard development, and data migration
• Perform custom development and 3rd party integrations
• Carry out unit testing, defect resolution, and migration of changes to production
• Assist with technical design and documentation
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to build ServiceNow solutions that support business requirements

Requirements

• 2 years of ServiceNow development or administration experience
• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator certification or Security+ certification
• Active Top Secret clearance (must be willing to obtain SCI and a polygraph)

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with HR Service Delivery (HRSD) in ServiceNow
• ITSM experience
• Custom application development experience
• Bachelor's degree
