ServiceNow Developer

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and customize applications on the ServiceNow platform to support ITSM processes
• Perform hands-on configuration of Incident, Problem, Change, Request, and Knowledge Management modules
• Configure Service Catalog, workflows, and automation to improve user experience
• Develop and maintain integrations between ServiceNow and enterprise applications using APIs and web services
• Write and document clean code using JavaScript and Glide API
• Administer multiple ServiceNow instances, including access control and system upgrades
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver scalable solutions
• Support modules including SPM, CMDB, Contract Management Pro, HRSD, and WSD

Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience as a ServiceNow Developer or Administrator
• Strong expertise in ITSM processes
• ServiceNow certifications such as CAD, CSA, or CIS
• Proficiency in ServiceNow configuration, scripting, and workflow automation
• Strong problem-solving and stakeholder engagement skills
