Responsibilities
- Architect and implement functional workflows, business rules, and REST/SOAP integrations within ServiceNow
- Execute end-to-end delivery of enhancements across ITSM, CSM, or HR modules
- Optimize system health through root cause analysis and participate in on-call rotations
- Consult with cross-functional teams to finalize technical designs and conduct code reviews
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience as a ServiceNow Developer
- Deep expertise in Flow Designer, Script Includes, ACLs, and UI Policies
- Hands-on implementation experience in ITSM, CSM, ITOM, HR, or IRM
- Proficiency in data migrations and 3rd party integrations using REST/SOAP APIs and Transform Maps
- Strong analytical problem-solving and interpersonal skills
