ServiceNow Developer

Responsibilities

• Lead the development lifecycle of ServiceNow forms from conceptualization to implementation
• Provide continuous support and development for existing forms, including troubleshooting and bug fixes
• Collaborate on integrations, taking ownership of user stories and technical tasks
• Work closely with product leadership and technical staff to design innovative solutions
• Design, develop, and optimize functions within a dynamic agile environment
• Maintain high-quality standards through active participation in code reviews
• Provide technical insights for new feature requirements in collaboration with business owners and architects
• Mentor and guide junior team members to foster professional growth

Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience in ServiceNow development
• Extensive knowledge of REST and SOAP API integrations
• Proficiency in ServiceNow scripting (Business Rules, UI Pages, UI Macros, etc.)
• Strong JavaScript programming skills with an emphasis on code reusability and best practices
• Deep understanding of ServiceNow best practices, latest features, and implementation design
• Mastery of Agile methodologies and experience with unit testing
• Solid analytical and problem-solving skills
• Understanding of relational database concepts
• Conversational English proficiency

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with App Engine
• Experience with CSM (Customer Service Management)
• Experience with HRSD (HR Service Delivery)
• Experience with SLO, RPA Hub, or S2P modules
