ServiceNow Developer

Responsibilities

• Implement new configurations and customizations of the ServiceNow platform
• Analyze and advise on requests for new functionalities
• Write and implement code to the ServiceNow platform
• Manage and maintain ServiceNow instances, including binaries, configuration, and performance tuning
• Maintain ServiceNow updates, upgrades, and application patches
• Manage and maintain MariaDB database files and services used by ServiceNow
• Provide daily support for the platform and resolve application-related incidents
• Maintain technical documentation, SOPs, and user manuals

Requirements

• Bachelor or Master degree in IT
• Minimum 5 years of relevant IT professional experience
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role
• Hands-on experience configuring, developing, and maintaining ServiceNow
• Experience in administration and maintenance of ServiceNow in a DevOps role
• Proficiency in English (minimum B2 level)
• Knowledge of IT security standards and complex information systems
• ServiceNow Certified Application Developer or equivalent
• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator or equivalent

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with on-premise ServiceNow setups
• Experience designing ServiceNow platform solutions
• Knowledge of integration technologies such as Web Services, SSO, LDAP, and REST
• Experience with requirements gathering and project management
