ServiceNow Developer

Responsibilities

• Develop ServiceNow applications and modules to meet business needs (incident, request, change, and problem management)
• Integrate with third-party systems via REST, SOAP, and IntegrationHub
• Configure and customize ServiceNow modules including Service Catalog, CMDB, and Knowledge Management
• Automate processes using JavaScript, Glide scripts, business rules, client scripts, and scheduled jobs
• Perform unit testing, debugging, and quality validation of developments
• Provide technical support and collaborate with functional and technical teams
• Write technical documentation and apply development best practices
• Participate in version upgrades and maintenance of evolutions

Requirements

• Master's degree (Bac+5)
• 3 to 5 years of experience
• Proficiency in ServiceNow development, administration, and customization
• Strong skills in JavaScript, Glide API, Business Rules, and Client Scripts
• Knowledge of web services (REST, SOAP) and ServiceNow integration tools
• Understanding of ITIL best practices
• Experience working in an Agile environment

Preferred Qualifications

• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA)
• ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD)
• Experience with Service Portal and Performance Analytics
• Knowledge of DevOps (CI/CD, automated testing in ServiceNow)
