Responsibilities
- Develop applications including configuration, report development, and data migration
- Perform custom development and 3rd party integrations
- Carry out unit-testing and defect resolution
- Manage migration of changes to production
- Assist with technical design and documentation
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to build ServiceNow solutions supporting business requirements
Requirements
- 3+ years of ServiceNow development or administrator experience
- Active TS/SCI clearance
Preferred Qualifications
- Security+ CE certification
- Experience with ITSM, HAM, SAM, and/or CSM
- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) certification
- Custom application development experience
- Bachelor's degree
