ServiceNow Citizen Development Coach

Responsibilities

• Conduct onboarding and training sessions for citizen developers to foster innovation.
• Educate users on ServiceNow low-code tools including App Engine Studio, Flow Designer, and Integration Hub.
• Ensure all citizen-developed applications comply with organizational security, data integrity, and performance standards.
• Implement guardrails and review applications for functionality and compliance.
• Use tools like Automated Test Framework for application testing and validation.
• Provide guidance, training, and reusable templates to non-technical colleagues.

Requirements

• B.E/B.Tech in Computer Science or a related field.
• Strong understanding of IT governance frameworks, such as ITIL 4.
• Experience with GitHub Actions and CI/CD practices.
• Proven experience working within Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Proficiency with ServiceNow low-code development tools.
• Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to collaborate effectively across global teams and diverse cultures.

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior working experience in the Oil & Gas sector.
• Hands-on experience with major third-party geoscience applications, such as Petrel and RokDoc.
• Deep knowledge of IT governance, security, and compliance standards.
