ServiceNow Certified Technical Architect

Responsibilities

• Architect scalable, secure, and compliant ServiceNow solutions across multiple domains including ITSM, ITOM, ITAM, SecOps, and HRSD
• Serve as the technical SME for platform governance, CMDB, and CSDM
• Design and oversee integrations using Integration Hub, REST APIs, and custom spokes
• Lead platform governance and guide developers on technical design and configuration
• Provide SME-level support on network infrastructure, including LAN/WAN technologies and network security
• Translate business requirements into architectural blueprints and actionable solutions
• Produce and maintain technical design documentation and architectural diagrams

Requirements

• Active TS/SCI clearance
• High School Degree with 12+ years of experience
• 10+ years of experience in ServiceNow architecture, configuration, and workflow development
• Experience establishing platform governance and leading ServiceNow version upgrades
• Expertise in network security, LAN/WAN design, and network infrastructure documentation
• DoD 8570.01-M IAT Level II certification (e.g., Sec+ CE, SSCP, CND, CCNA Security)
• Proficiency with App Engine Studio, Flow Designer, Integration Hub, and Predictive Intelligence
• Knowledge of CMDB and CSDM
• Experience with Agile, DevOps, and CI/CD pipelines

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with DoD NIPR, SIPR, and JWICS Networks
• DoD 8570.01-M IASAE II compliance (CASP+CE, CISSP, CSSLP)
• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA)
• ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD)
• ServiceNow Certified Technical Architect (CTA)
