ServiceNow Business Analyst

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with business stakeholders to elicit, analyze, and document requirements for ServiceNow platform implementations and enhancements
• Conduct thorough analysis of existing business processes and workflows to identify optimization opportunities using ServiceNow capabilities
• Translate business requirements into functional specifications and design ServiceNow solutions that align with business objectives
• Configure ServiceNow applications, forms, workflows, and integrations to meet business needs while adhering to best practices
• Analyze and validate data requirements, including data migration, transformation, and integration with external systems
• Provide training and support to end-users and maintain technical documentation, including user guides and process documentation
• Identify opportunities for continuous improvement by staying updated on ServiceNow platform updates and new features

Requirements

• 3-5 years of proven experience as a Business Analyst with a specific focus on the ServiceNow platform
• Strong understanding of ServiceNow SPM and ITSM modules
• Experience with ServiceNow implementation methodologies and best practices
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate business needs into technical solutions
• Strong communication skills to effectively convey complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
• Familiarity with Agile or iterative delivery methodologies

Preferred Qualifications

• Knowledge of additional ServiceNow modules such as ITOM, CSM, MCO, WSD, or HRSD
