ServiceNow Business Analyst

Responsibilities

• Lead ServiceNow workstreams by interacting with clients and users to identify and translate functional requirements into technical designs.
• Collaborate with development teams to design, develop, implement, and administer ServiceNow applications.
• Support projects by capturing current state processes and designing future state processes to address stakeholder pain points.
• Maintain frequent engagement with stakeholders throughout all project phases and development efforts.
• Build functional work products including process maps, design documents, and technical/functional documentation.
• Conduct technical assessments and provide recommendations for improving existing ServiceNow implementations.
• Support functional product testing and training activities.

Requirements

• Ability to obtain and maintain a Federal or DoD Public Trust clearance.
• Minimum of four (4) years of ServiceNow or similar technology implementation experience.
• Bachelor's degree (Computer Science, Information Technology, or Business preferred).
• Experience working in an Agile environment.
• Knowledge of Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) methodologies, deliverables, and controls.
• Familiarity with ServiceNow modules such as GRC, SPM, and ITSM, as well as App Engine and Scoped Apps.

Preferred Qualifications

• Active "SECRET" clearance or higher.
• ServiceNow certifications such as CSA, CIS, or CAD.
• Agile, SCRUM, or SAFe certifications.
• Experience with low-code/no-code platforms like Power Apps, SharePoint, or Salesforce.
• Hands-on experience configuring ServiceNow solutions.
