ServiceNow Business Analyst

Responsibilities

• Identify and analyze business problems and client requirements to drive organizational change.
• Develop comprehensive business requirements that address specific business problems and opportunities.
• Collaborate closely with stakeholders to ensure proposed solutions meet their needs and expectations.
• Support the creation of business cases to justify investments in new solutions.
• Conduct feasibility studies to determine the viability of proposed technical and operational solutions.
• Create operational and process designs to ensure solutions are delivered within the agreed scope.
• Support change management activities, including the development of traceability matrices for successful implementation.
• Perform complex data analysis from multiple sources to solve problems creatively and effectively.
• Advise and influence decision-making and contribute to policy development at the Assistant Vice President level.

Requirements

• Proven experience in business requirement identification and analysis.
• Strong ability to collaborate with diverse stakeholders and influence outcomes.
• Experience in business case creation and conducting feasibility studies.
• Proficiency in operational design and process design.
• Skilled in data analysis and communicating complex information to various audiences.
• Experience with change management and ensuring solution implementation.
