ServiceNow Business Analyst

Responsibilities

• Developing business processes, gathering requirements and developing stories
• Provide process flow and other required system documentation
• Build a trusting relationship with major project stakeholders and lead them to adoption of the best solution
• Assist in quality management reviews and ensure that all business and design requirements are met
• Assist and lead test plan development and execution
• Support Organizational Change Management (OCM) efforts by providing information on the "to be" solution
• Develop and implement test plans for users through SDLC

Requirements

• 2 years of experience with ServiceNow
• Experience developing standard documentation including requirement and design specifications, use cases, and test plans
• Experience working with stakeholders and development teams to deliver solutions
• Active Top Secret security clearance with SCI eligibility
• Ability to obtain a polygraph

Preferred Qualifications

• Training in ServiceNow Fundamentals
• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA)
• Training or experience in Agile Fundamentals
