ServiceNow Administrator II

Responsibilities

• Analyze business and IT stakeholder requirements to translate them into ServiceNow functional specifications and workflows
• Design, configure, document, test, and modify ServiceNow applications, modules, flows, and business rules
• Evaluate configuration approaches and recommend scalable solutions for platform health and security
• Serve as technical owner for assigned modules such as Incident, Request, Change, CMDB, or Knowledge
• Administer CMDB, data governance, and access controls to protect data integrity
• Lead platform upgrades, regression testing, and deployment planning
• Create and maintain technical documentation, runbooks, and administrative procedures
• Identify technical debt and process improvement opportunities

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA)
• ITIL® 4 Foundation certification
• Demonstrated experience in ServiceNow administration and configuration
• Proficiency with Flow Designer, Update Sets, UI Policies, Business Rules, and Client Scripts
• Strong understanding of ITSM concepts and ServiceNow platform architecture
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

• CIS – IT Service Management (CIS-ITSM) certification
