About the role

Responsibilities

  • Ensure order, cleanliness, and completeness in the restaurant to provide a welcoming atmosphere
  • Greet guests warmly, assist with inquiries, and provide service with a smile
  • Support colleagues with Mise en place and general preparation tasks
  • Maintain a professional and composed demeanor even during busy service periods

Requirements

  • High level of motivation and a strong willingness to learn
  • A hospitality mindset with a passion for being a host
  • Quality-oriented approach to service and cleanliness
  • Strong communication skills in both German and English
  • Previous service experience is an advantage but not required
