About the role
Responsibilities
- Ensure order, cleanliness, and completeness in the restaurant to provide a welcoming atmosphere
- Greet guests warmly, assist with inquiries, and provide service with a smile
- Support colleagues with Mise en place and general preparation tasks
- Maintain a professional and composed demeanor even during busy service periods
Requirements
- High level of motivation and a strong willingness to learn
- A hospitality mindset with a passion for being a host
- Quality-oriented approach to service and cleanliness
- Strong communication skills in both German and English
- Previous service experience is an advantage but not required
