Responsibilities

• Create great experiences for guests within the F&B team
• Serve drinks at THE ROOF bar using trendy products
• Handle bookings, payments, and accounting using the POS system
• Perform daily mise-en-place tasks
• Work across various outlets including THE ROOF Restaurant, Bar & Lounge, b'daily Coffee Shop & Bistro, and event areas
• Represent the hotel through professional and personal guest contact
• Collaborate with all departments to ensure a unique hotel experience
• Achieve guest satisfaction goals

Requirements

• Completed training in hotel management or restaurant management
• Open to career changers willing to learn and grow
• Creative, open, and solution-oriented working style
• Strong communication and expression skills
• Hands-on mentality and flexibility to support the entire team
• Passion for engaging with people and enthusiastic about b'mine hotels
• Good German language skills (minimum B2/C1 level)
