Responsibilities

• Set up and clear guest rooms and dining areas
• Prepare "mise en place" and report daily stock requirements
• Serve food and beverages and handle payments using computer systems
• Maintain HACCP documentation and hygiene standards for the work area
• Clean, disinfect, and maintain machines, work equipment, and workstations
• Wash dishes and cutlery, including the use of industrial dishwashers
• Assist in the training of service assistants

Requirements

• Completed vocational training in hotel or restaurant management (preferred)
• Relevant professional experience in a service or hospitality role
