Responsibilities

• Greet customers during camper pickup and return with a positive attitude
• Explain vehicle features and personally hand over campers to customers
• Perform thorough interior and exterior cleaning of the campervans
• Support the station team with daily operational tasks to ensure customer satisfaction

Requirements

• Hands-on mentality and willingness to assist with physical tasks
• Ideally previous experience in customer service
• Valid Class B driver's license
• Good proficiency in German and English
