About the role

Responsibilities

  • Respond to service desk requests and collect pertinent information including problem description, location, and priority
  • Generate work orders into internal systems
  • Assign work order numbers and contact technicians to perform required work
  • Complete expense vouchers and run work order reports
  • Manage spreadsheets and provide general administrative support
  • Incorporate quality control measures into daily tasks

Requirements

  • Service desk experience in complex commercial or institutional facilities
  • Experience with facility operations and maintenance (O&M) and janitorial services
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
  • Strong organizational and multitasking capabilities
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to prepare administrative reports and correspondence
  • US citizenship or permanent resident status
  • Ability to pass a background check and security clearance
