Service Tender Excellence Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end delivery of high-quality, competitive service tenders for the UK Chronic Care business
• Own and drive the full tender lifecycle, ensuring submissions are compelling, compliant, and aligned with NHS evaluation criteria
• Act as the subject-matter expert in tender strategy, bid writing, and win themes
• Coordinate cross-functional inputs from commercial, clinical, and support teams
• Manage tender timelines, governance, and quality consistency
• Embed best-practice tender processes, tools, and behaviors across the organization to improve win rates

Requirements

• Proven experience in winning NHS tenders
• Deep understanding of NHS procurement processes, evaluation scoring, and public sector frameworks
• Strong written communication skills with the ability to translate data and evidence into compelling service propositions
• Experience managing complex projects with multiple stakeholders
• Highly organized, analytical, and persuasive professional skills
• Ability to challenge and coach others to bring structure and discipline to submissions
