Service Technician/Plant Mechanic (m/f/d) HVAC

Responsibilities

• Ensure the smooth operation of building technical systems and facilities
• Perform maintenance, commissioning, and troubleshooting of HVAC and technical equipment
• Maintain high quality standards through thorough documentation and addressing customer requests
• Support property management with the execution of special orders

Requirements

• Completed vocational training in HKLSE trades (Heating, Cooling, Air Conditioning, Sanitary, Electrical)
• Initial professional experience in a relevant technical field
• Hands-on mentality and strong communication skills
• German language proficiency at a B2 level or higher
• Valid Class B driving license
