Service Technician/Hygiene Specialist

Responsibilities

• Perform service, maintenance, and repairs on dental and medical equipment, including treatment units, X-ray systems, and compressed air/suction systems
• Provide customer consultation and training regarding hygiene products such as sterilizers and disinfection devices
• Conduct mandatory inspections in accordance with legal regulations
• Manage repairs, customer complaints, and spare parts requirements independently
• Execute sales activities for technical services
• Assist with inventory management

Requirements

• Completed technical vocational training or several years of relevant professional experience
• VDE electrical specialist certification (Elektrofachkraft)
• Valid driving license (Class B or 3)
• Willingness to travel within the Berlin/Brandenburg region
• Strong communication skills and a customer-oriented approach
• Ability to work independently and cooperatively in a field service environment
