Service Technician

Responsibilities

• Service, troubleshooting, and repair of battery systems and electric vehicles
• Technical fault finding
• Warranty and service tasks
• Troubleshooting electrical and mechanical installations
• Handling spare parts from CATL
• Reporting and documentation in digital systems
• Customer contact and technical advisory

Requirements

• Technical or craft background (e.g., electrician, auto mechanic, truck mechanic, industrial mechanic, or wind turbine technician)
• Technical understanding of electricity, mechanics, or hydraulics
• Ability to work independently and solution-oriented
• Service-minded with good collaboration skills
• Fluency in Danish (written and spoken)
• Basic English skills
• Category B driver's license
• Willingness to travel within Denmark and Europe

• Previous experience with batteries
