Responsibilities
- Complete assigned warranty-related service work for North Star Windows and Doors
- Work under the direction of the Service Operations Manager
- Represent the company professionally while servicing windows and doors
- Manage service documentation accurately
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience installing or servicing windows, patio doors, and entry doors
- Strong knowledge of current home construction technology, products, and practices
- Valid Class G driver’s license
- Ability to work flexible hours and travel occasionally, including overnight trips
- Strong reading and writing skills
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
