Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance, repair, and troubleshooting on mechanical, electrical, and control systems
• Plan and coordinate service assignments with customers, internal departments, and external partners
• Ensure compliance with quality, safety, and standard regulations and document all work performed
• Provide technical support and consulting to customers, including first-level support and key account management
• Contribute to the continuous optimization of processes and services

Requirements

• Completed training in mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, or mechatronics
• Relevant professional experience as a service mechanic, mechatronics technician, or electrician
• Very high, unrestricted willingness to travel worldwide
• Proficient language skills in German and English
• Knowledge of electromechanical systems and relevant standards, preferably in stage technology
• Experience with maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair
• Knowledge of machine control (PLC)
• Proficiency in MS Office, SAP / C4C, and Operations1
• SCC or comparable occupational safety training
• Strong communication skills and customer orientation

Preferred Qualifications

• Driving license classes B or C
