Service Technician

Responsibilities

• Perform commissioning and maintenance of heat pump systems for end customers and plant operators
• Provide service-oriented technical advice to customers and heating companies both on-site and via telephone
• Support colleagues in the technical field service within the extended service area
• Participate in on-call service rotations to ensure rapid assistance for customers

Requirements

• Completed vocational training as an Anlagenmechaniker SHK, Mechatroniker for refrigeration technology, Electronics technician for energy and building technology, or Electrician
• Professional experience in customer service, specifically within heating, refrigeration, or HVAC/ventilation technology
• Possession of a Category 1 refrigeration certificate (Kälteschein); Category 2 is an advantage
• Valid Class B driver's license
• Proficiency in written and spoken German
• Willingness to travel and participate in on-call duties
