Service Technician

Responsibilities

• Perform service, repair, and warranty work on technical installations
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical problems on equipment
• Maintain ongoing customer contact before, during, and after service assignments
• Plan materials, spare parts, tools, and equipment for upcoming tasks
• Document completed work and ensure documentation for follow-up
• Contribute to improved work routines and structure within the service operation

Requirements

• Technical education at minimum high school level
• Experience in technical, practical, or service-oriented work
• Experience with service, assembly, installation, maintenance, or troubleshooting
• Valid B-driver's license
• Fluent communication in Swedish and English (written and spoken)
• Ability to work in stable environments with animals (poultry/eggs)
• Ability to travel regularly, primarily within Sweden and Norway

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience from agriculture, industry, or installation environments
• Experience with spare parts, work orders, or technical documentation
• Knowledge of control systems or hot work permits
