Service Technician

Responsibilities

• Independently diagnose and resolve complex faults on punching machines to ensure rapid equipment availability
• Perform demanding mechanical and electrical repairs, solving complex error patterns efficiently and sustainably
• Identify root causes at the component and system levels using analytical troubleshooting methods
• Act as a competent contact person to provide practical training to machine operators on safe and efficient usage
• Participate in occasional machine commissioning assignments throughout the year

Requirements

• Completed technical training with further qualification as a Master (Meister) or State-Certified Technician
• Professional experience in the repair and service of machines and plants, ideally within the machine tool sector
• Ability to independently analyze and resolve complex technical error patterns
• Customer-oriented demeanor and strong communication skills for direct client interaction
• Willingness to travel within Germany (service radius of approximately 300 km)
• A structured, reliable, and independent way of working
