Service Technician

Responsibilities

• Independently diagnose and resolve complex faults in punching machines to ensure rapid equipment availability
• Perform demanding mechanical and electrical repairs, solving complex error patterns efficiently and sustainably
• Use analytical methods to identify root causes at both component and system levels
• Act as a competent contact person for customers, providing practical training on the safe and efficient use of machines
• Participate in occasional machine commissioning assignments throughout the year

Requirements

• Completed technical training with further qualification as a Master (Meister) or state-certified Technician
• Professional experience in the repair and service of machines and systems, ideally within the machine tool sector
• Ability to independently analyze and resolve complex technical error patterns
• Strong customer-oriented communication skills and a professional demeanor in demanding situations
• Willingness to travel within Germany (service radius of approximately 300 km)
• A structured, reliable, and independent way of working
