Service Technician

Responsibilities

• Perform repairs and maintenance on various bicycle brands and models
• Assemble new bicycles and accessories for customers and store inventory
• Conduct thorough quality checks to ensure every bike leaves the workshop in top condition
• Advise customers regarding necessary maintenance and repairs
• Collaborate with the team to maintain an efficient and organized workshop environment
• Provide flexibility by assisting the sales team when needed

Requirements

• A strong passion for bicycles and technology
• Customer-oriented and service-minded attitude
• Accurate, quality-driven, and detail-oriented approach to work
• Ability to work 33-38 hours per week, including Saturdays
• Residency in Ede or the surrounding area

Preferred Qualifications

• Possession of a Bosch certificate
