Service Technician

Responsibilities

• Installation of new systems and on-site user training
• Preparation and documentation of commissioning and technical handover procedures
• General servicing and maintenance of Reverse Vending Machines (RVM)
• System assessment, troubleshooting, and error rectification
• Documentation of completed services via tablet
• Performing planned calibrations and maintenance
• Handling warranty issues
• Tracking spare parts
• Participation in international training and further education when required

Requirements

• Fundamental mechanical, electrical engineering, or technician knowledge
• Category B driver's license and driving experience
• Proficiency in English or German
• Customer service experience
• Willingness to travel
• Ability to work independently and organize work at partner sites

Preferred Qualifications

• IT knowledge
• Electrical safety inspector qualification
