Service Technician

Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance and repair work on electrical, heating, air conditioning, sanitary, and supply systems
• Troubleshoot malfunctions and carry out minor repairs and maintenance tasks
• Conduct functional tests and visual inspections of technical systems
• Document all completed work and identified defects accurately
• Independently manage customer sites within the Southern Bavaria region
• Coordinate and supervise external contractors during maintenance and service assignments

Requirements

• Completed technical vocational training in electrical engineering, HVAC (HKLS), or a comparable field
• Professional experience in technical service, maintenance, or building technology is preferred
• Cross-trade technical understanding of building services (TGA)
• Proficiency in German (written and spoken)
• Ability to use digital documentation and communication tools
• Valid Class B driver's license
• Willingness to undertake regional service assignments in the Southern Bavaria area
