Service Technician

Responsibilities

• Carry out regular maintenance on both escalator and elevator products
• Respond to service calls promptly and provide accurate ETAs in accordance with response terms
• Keep on-site personnel informed regarding arrival, departure, and equipment status
• Execute safe shutdown procedures for escalators deemed unsafe or non-functional
• Propose material alterations to improve escalator performance where necessary

Requirements

• Demonstrated experience in the maintenance and service of both lifts and escalators
• Electrical trade certificate or equivalent and a current electrical license
• Valid work rights in Australia
• General Construction Induction Card
• Outstanding communication skills and customer service etiquette
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to work under pressure
• Uncompromising commitment to quality workmanship and safety policies
