About the role
Responsibilities
- Perform regular maintenance on both escalator and elevator products
- Minimize breakdowns and ensure escalators perform to customer expectations
- Respond to calls promptly and provide accurate ETAs in accordance with response terms
- Keep on-site personnel informed of arrival, departure, and equipment status
- Execute safe shutdown procedures for equipment deemed unsafe
- Propose material alterations to improve escalator performance
Requirements
- Current electrical license
- Current driver's license
- Outstanding communication skills and customer service etiquette
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to work under pressure
- Uncompromising commitment to quality workmanship and safety policies
