About the role
Responsibilities
- Perform installation, routine maintenance, and extraordinary repairs on PUNCH department machines (punching and combined machines)
- Provide customer training and support during production startup
- Offer remote technical support when necessary
Requirements
- Higher technical education
- Proven ability to perform mechanical and electrical technical repairs
- Basic knowledge of TCP/IP networking
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and specific service software
- Language skills in English or German
- Strong customer orientation, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Willingness to travel nationwide (Monday to Friday, with approximately 4 nights per week away from home)
- Ideally based in Northern or Central Italy
