Service Technician Pest

Responsibilities

• Deliver pest control and disinfection services to customers while ensuring the proper use of consumables
• Provide technical advice and expertise to customers regarding pest control status at assigned sites
• Prepare high-quality service visit reports and submit them within required deadlines
• Maintain personal safety by using appropriate PPE and complying with road safety regulations
• Ensure the proper condition, cleanliness, and maintenance of the assigned service vehicle
• Collaborate with the sales team to retain and grow the regional customer portfolio
• Achieve quantitative and qualitative objectives related to safety, production, and quality

Requirements

• High school diploma or 2-year post-secondary qualification (technical, agricultural, or hygiene background preferred)
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in mobile or on-site service delivery
• Valid Category B driver’s license
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and internal data entry tools
• Mobility and flexibility, including the ability to accommodate overnight stays
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and customer service skills
• Demonstrated autonomy, organization, and a strong safety culture
