About the role

Responsibilities

  • Perform on-site service and maintenance for parking and access control hardware and software
  • Support multiple products across the TIBA portfolio
  • Provide software and hardware support for clients and fellow field service technicians
  • Assist with installation of Parking and Revenue Control systems and Access Control equipment, including bolting down, wiring termination, communications setup, configuration, and testing under project manager direction
  • Maintain knowledge of electronics, mechanical devices, PC systems, various operating systems, and networking

Requirements

  • Electronics technical school training or equivalent
  • Ability to work on proprietary software, hardware communications, programming, and repair
  • Proficiency with hand and power tools
  • Clean driving record
  • SQL Server database maintenance and Microsoft Operating Systems experience
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills with customers
  • Ability to work well within a team environment
