Service Technician

Responsibilities

• Service, install, and repair residential and commercial water treatment equipment
• Represent Culligan professionally within the community
• Exceed customer expectations by meeting their unique needs
• Promote and sell various Culligan products and services

Requirements

• Mechanical aptitude and superior problem-solving skills
• At least 1 year of experience in a customer service or customer-focused position
• Ability to work in physically demanding conditions (moving products up to 185 lbs)
• Ability to work under deadlines
• Successful completion of a DOT physical exam
• Ability to pass pre-employment background check and drug screening

Preferred Qualifications

• 1 year of prior plumbing and/or water conditioning service/installation experience
