About the role

Responsibilities

  • Troubleshoot and diagnose technical issues in elevators and escalators
  • Perform repairs and maintenance on elevator and escalator systems
  • Conduct planned preventative maintenance (PPM) to ensure optimal performance and safety
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company standards
  • Maintain accurate records of all maintenance and repair activities
  • Collaborate with team members to provide excellent customer service

Requirements

  • ITI, Diploma in Electrical or Mechanical, or B. Tech.
  • 5-8 years of experience in the elevator and escalator industry
  • Strong knowledge of elevator and escalator systems and components
  • Proficiency in troubleshooting and repair techniques
  • Understanding of safety regulations and industry best practices
  • Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills
