Service Technician

Responsibilities

• Execute preventive and corrective maintenance and repairs on Otis and other brand elevators and escalators
• Anticipate technical scenarios, perform diagnostics, and propose effective solutions
• Interact with customers directly, prioritizing their needs and ensuring service quality
• Maintain high safety standards during all field operations

Requirements

• High school diploma completed
• Technical training in Mechanics, Mechatronics, Electrical, or Electronics
• Valid NR10 and NR35 certifications
• Strong knowledge of safety protocols and procedures

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience with maintenance and service for elevators and escalators
