Service Technician

Responsibilities

• Perform all maintenance visits within the assigned region
• Provide periodic maintenance and service for elevator and escalator units on designated routes or projects
• Respond quickly to malfunctions and implement corrective measures as needed
• Conduct necessary repairs to ensure continuous operation of units
• Communicate with customers on-site to ensure high levels of satisfaction
• Prioritize the safety of passengers and stakeholders through diligent equipment inspection

Requirements

• Vocational high school or associate degree in Elevator, Electrical, or related fields, or possession of an MYK certificate
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in the elevator industry
• Proven experience in troubleshooting and repair processes
• Valid driver's license
• Strong communication skills and a commitment to occupational safety
• Willingness to use electronic and digital tools and a desire to learn
