Service Technician

Responsibilities

• Perform all scheduled maintenance visits within the assigned region
• Provide periodic maintenance and service for units on designated routes or projects
• Respond quickly to faults and implement corrective measures as necessary
• Perform repairs to ensure continuous operation of elevator and escalator units
• Maintain communication with customers in the field to ensure satisfaction

Requirements

• Vocational high school or associate degree in Elevator, Electrical, or related fields (or equivalent MYK certification)
• Minimum 2 years of experience in the elevator industry
• Proven experience in fault detection and repair processes
• Valid driver's license
• Strong commitment to occupational health and safety
• Strong communication skills and willingness to learn
• Proficiency in using electronic and digital tools
